If you contact us by email, we process the data you choose to include in your message — typically your name, email address, and the content of the enquiry. This data is used only to respond. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries, or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we process your email address and the date of your subscription. This data is used to send occasional communications documenting our projects and research. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the subscription form.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time, with no effect on communications already sent. Write to studio@leg-arms.com to be removed, or use the unsubscribe link included in each message.

Subscriber data is stored in Google Workspace, provided by Google LLC, and is accessible only to authorised members of the studio. We do not sell subscriber data or share it for third-party purposes.

This site is built and hosted on Framer, provided by Framer B.V. (Amsterdam, the Netherlands). The provider processes technical data necessary to deliver the site, including IP addresses recorded in server logs. Framer acts as a data processor on our behalf.

This site uses only technical cookies necessary for its operation. No profiling cookies, advertising trackers or analytics are installed. No consent is required for cookies of this kind.

Email correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting professional relationship, and thereafter for the periods required by Italian law. Newsletter data is retained until consent is withdrawn.

Some of our providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
